Cheltenham Festival, inaugurated in 1902, has grown into a premier event in the world of horse racing. Taking over a 4 day period in mid-March each year, Cheltenham Festival has become renowned for its 28 high-quality, thrilling races, most notably, the Friday’s 3:30pm steeplechase Gold Cup’ which is one of horse-racing’s most watched races. Not to mention the exhilarating atmosphere with thousands of enthusiasts attending each year and millions watching worldwide. The ‘Cheltenham Roar’ which kickstarts the first race of the festival is fine example. Over the years, the festivals prestigious reputation has seen iconic horses, jockeys and trainers, cementing its place as a highlight of the National Hunt racing calendar.

Please check your Spam and Junk folders first, and check the email address on the order confirmation is correct. What if I have issues getting in to the venue or my ticket won’t work?
If for example you have issues at the event venue, or your tickets won’t scan, we are available out of hours and around key events, please Whatsapp message our Customer Services Team or email info@clubsports.uk.com, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can help resolve any issues before the event takes place.
When should I download my tickets to my mobile device?
We always advise to download tickets to your mobile device before attending the event venue to avoid any issues as 3G/4G/5G and wi-fi signals can be very poor due to high numbers of people in the same area.
Can I sell my tickets to someone else?
No, tickets are non-transferable once they have been sent.
Can I pay by cheque or cash?
No, we only accept credit or debit card payments.
Do I need Insurance?
Club Sports recommends that you purchase separate travel insurance including if you are unable to travel.
