Tottenham Hotspur FC have introduced Digital Ticketing for entry into Tottenham Hotspur Stadium which means that all tickets will be digital and supporters must download their ticket to their smartphone.
Tickets are non-transferrable and cannot be forwarded to another smartphone / supporter.

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium opened on 3rd April 2019 and is the 3rd largest stadium in England and the largest club ground in London.
Tottenham Hotspur History
Tottenham Hotspur was founded in 1882 by members of the Hotspur Cricket Club in North London. The club adopted the name Tottenham Hotspur in 1884 and turned professional in 1895. Spurs claimed their first major trophy in 1901, winning the FA Cup with a victory over Sheffield United — becoming the only non-League team to win the competition since the formation of the Football League.
One of the most iconic moments in the club’s history came in 1961, when under legendary manager Bill Nicholson, Tottenham became the first team in the 20th century to win the League and FA Cup double. Over the years, Tottenham have gone on to win 2 League titles, 8 FA Cups, 4 League Cups, and 7 FA Community Shields. In European competition, they were pioneers as well – winning the European Cup Winners’ Cup in 1963 and lifting the UEFA Cup (now Europa League) three times, in 1972, 1984, and most recently in 2025.

What happens if a fixture is rescheduled?
If the fixture is re-scheduled the tickets/package will automatically transfer to the new date free of charge.
Can I get a refund if I decide not to attend an event/fixture?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund in these cases.
What happens if the game is moved to a new date?
Fixtures can change date and kick-off times can change as close as a couple of weeks before they’re played. Match dates and times are usually announced no later than 4 weeks before they are played. We will notify you by email once we are informed of any changes to a match date or time.
When will I receive my tickets?
You’ll receive your tickets 3 days before the event/match.
What do I do if I can’t find my tickets?
Please ensure to check your junk/spam folders for important information about your booking including your tickets and add our email address info@clubsports.uk.com to your contacts list to prevent our correspondence from being marked as junk/spam.
Can I sell my tickets to someone else?
No, tickets are non-transferable once they have been sent.
Do you offer concessions for children and senior citizens?
Unfortunately, we don’t – the football clubs or the hotels we work with don’t offer reduced rates.
Do you offer family rooms in hotels?
Yes, please contact us and let us know your requirements and we can offer a family package price.
Can I pay by cheque or cash?
No, we only accept credit or debit card payments.
Do I need Insurance?
Club Sports recommends that you purchase separate travel insurance including if you are unable to travel.
