This code can be used at the checkout screen to redeem the voucher against the selected hospitality package on our website.

8. What happens if the chosen event costs less than the voucher value?

If the total cost of the chosen event is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher and can be used for future purchases within the 12-month validity period.

9. Can I get a refund on my gift voucher?

Unfortunately, gift vouchers are non-refundable. However, they are transferable and can be gifted to someone else if unused.

10. What if I lose my gift voucher code?
