Liverpool FC History
Liverpool FC was founded by John Houlding, a businessman and owner of Anfield Stadium. The club was initially named Everton FC and Athletic Grounds Ltd. However, a dispute between Houlding and the board of directors of Everton FC led to the formation of a new club, Liverpool FC, which would play at Anfield Stadium. LFC’s first game occurred in 1892 and resulted in a 7-1 win over Rotherham. Since then, “The Reds” have had phenomenal success, winning 19 top-flight titles, 7 FA Cups and 8 League Cups.

The club was founded and joined the Football League in 1893, with Tom Watson at the head as manager. Under Mr Watson, LFC had its first successful period, claiming two League Championship titles. Before Jurgen Klopp arrived at Anfield Stadium, The Reds hadn’t won a trophy in twenty years. Five years into Jurgen’s reign, Liverpool FC acquired a Premier League title and the sixth European Cup – more than any other British football team!

St George’s Hall opened in 1984 and contains concert halls and law courts. There are plenty of events happening at the historic building from guided tours to live shows with celebrities.

What happens if the game is moved to a new date?
Fixtures can change date and kick-off times can change as close as a couple of weeks before they’re played. Match dates and times are usually announced no later than 4 weeks before they are played. We will notify you by email once we are informed of any changes to a match date or time.

What is the Disability and Ambulant Hospitality Booking Process?
If you are booking a Hospitality package for guest(s) with Disability and/or Ambulant needs, please make us aware so we can log this with LFC prior to booking. The supporter will need to contact the disability ticketing team directly (disability@liverpoolfc.com) to check availability of bays for the lounge they are in and the match they are attending.  If the disability request has not already been logged and assessed by the LFC Disability Team then the fan will not be permitted entry to the stadium on matchday and will not receive a refund.

When will I receive my tickets?
No later than 3 days before the event/match.

What do I do if I can’t find my tickets?
Please ensure to check your junk/spam folders for important information about your booking including your tickets and add our email address bookings@clubsports.uk.com to your contacts list to prevent our correspondence from being marked as junk/spam.

Can I sell my tickets to someone else?
No, tickets are non-transferable once they have been sent.

Do you offer concessions for children and senior citizens?

The Anfield Beat is a lively sports bar located in the Main Stand that celebrates the city’s deep connection between sport and music. The Beatles were world famous on stage and the reds were world beaters on the pitch. Liverpool FC have introduced NFC (Near Field Communication) technology for entry in to Anfield Stadium which means that all tickets will be digital and supporters must download their ticket (NFC pass) to their smartphone.

Tickets are non-transferrable and cannot be forwarded to another smartphone / supporter.

Liverpool FC History
Liverpool FC was founded by John Houlding, a businessman and owner of Anfield Stadium. The club was initially named Everton FC and Athletic Grounds Ltd. However, a dispute between Houlding and the board of directors of Everton FC led to the formation of a new club, Liverpool FC, which would play at Anfield Stadium. LFC’s first game occurred in 1892 and resulted in a 7-1 win over Rotherham. Since then, “The Reds” have had phenomenal success, winning 19 top-flight titles, 7 FA Cups and 8 League Cups.

The club was founded and joined the Football League in 1893, with Tom Watson at the head as manager. Under Mr Watson, LFC had its first successful period, claiming two League Championship titles. Before Jurgen Klopp arrived at Anfield Stadium, The Reds hadn’t won a trophy in twenty years. Five years into Jurgen’s reign, Liverpool FC acquired a Premier League title and the sixth European Cup – more than any other British football team!

Culture

St George’s Hall opened in 1984 and contains concert halls and law courts. There are plenty of events happening at the historic building from guided tours to live shows with celebrities.

Walker Art Gallery is the national gallery of the North. Built between 1882 and 1884, the gallery has hosted many of the most outstanding art collections.

The Albert Dock is home to a variety of fantastic complexes. Opened in 1846, the docks include Tate Liverpool, The Beatles Story and many fantastic restaurants and bars.

What happens if a fixture is rescheduled?
If the fixture is re-scheduled the tickets/package will automatically transfer to the new date free of charge.

Can I get a refund if I decide not to attend an event/fixture?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund in these cases.

What happens if the game is moved to a new date?
Fixtures can change date and kick-off times can change as close as a couple of weeks before they’re played. Match dates and times are usually announced no later than 4 weeks before they are played. We will notify you by email once we are informed of any changes to a match date or time.

What is the Disability and Ambulant Hospitality Booking Process?
If you are booking a Hospitality package for guest(s) with Disability and/or Ambulant needs, please make us aware so we can log this with LFC prior to booking. The supporter will need to contact the disability ticketing team directly (disability@liverpoolfc.com) to check availability of bays for the lounge they are in and the match they are attending.  If the disability request has not already been logged and assessed by the LFC Disability Team then the fan will not be permitted entry to the stadium on matchday and will not receive a refund.

When will I receive my tickets?
No later than 3 days before the event/match.

What do I do if I can’t find my tickets?
Please ensure to check your junk/spam folders for important information about your booking including your tickets and add our email address bookings@clubsports.uk.com to your contacts list to prevent our correspondence from being marked as junk/spam.

Can I sell my tickets to someone else?
No, tickets are non-transferable once they have been sent.

Do you offer concessions for children and senior citizens?
Unfortunately, we don’t – the football clubs or the hotels we work with don’t offer reduced rates.

Do you offer family rooms in hotels?

Can I pay by cheque or cash?
