What kind of tickets do you offer?

We do not offer fan tickets. All our tickets are purely corporate and exclusive tickets for VIP and Hospitality options only

Can you put an itinerary together?

Of course, from our extensive experience we can offer the best recommendations to ensure you have the best experiences at your events and can provide itineraries upon request.

Can you offer a bespoke service tailored to my specific requirements?

Yes, simply tell us what your corporate and/or personal requirements are and let us do the rest.

Do you offer bespoke event management?

Yes, just let us know what your requirements are and let us do the rest.

Do you offer VIP event services?

We can offer VIP event services, please let us know what you require and we’ll take care of the rest.

Is delivery included?

Secure ticket delivery is included with all tickets that are distributed. Some tickets are in an e-ticket format and can be emailed directly to you.

Is car parking included?

Car parking is only included where specified, please check on the individual event.

Is there disability access?

Yes, at the majority of event venues there is disabled access. However, please check with us if this is a requirement.

Can I make catering requests?

Yes, please make sure you make any special requests at least 4 weeks before the actual event date.

I wish to make a complaint – how do I do this?

We endeavor to make your experience with us as pleasant as possible. However, if there is an issue, please put your complaint in writing to us at 303 Queens Dock, Norfolk Street, Liverpool, L1 0BG and we will respond within 14 days.
